1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, requesting services, submitting information, or entering into a
service agreement with Johnson Premier Construction LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions.
2. Services
Johnson Premier Construction LLC provides residential remodeling, renovation, repair, restoration
support, painting, drywall, flooring, trim, door installation, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling,
and related residential construction services.
3. Estimates and Proposals
Estimates are based on information available at the time of preparation and are generally valid for
30 days unless otherwise stated. Additional work, hidden damage, code deficiencies, or unforeseen
conditions may result in additional costs.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate project information, maintain access to the property, secure
pets, and protect personal property located within work areas.
5. Permits and Inspections
Required permits and inspections will be obtained as specified in the project agreement. Permit
fees and governmental charges may be billed separately unless included in the contract.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or contract. Failure to
make timely payments may result in suspension of work, delayed completion, collection efforts, and
recovery of allowable collection costs.
7. Change Orders
Changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing before additional work is
performed. Change orders may affect pricing and project timelines.
8. Project Delays
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, labor
shortages, permit delays, utility interruptions, governmental actions, or other events beyond its
reasonable control.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Any workmanship warranty will be described in the applicable project agreement. Manufacturer
warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated in writing,
services are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johnson Premier Construction LLC shall not be liable for
indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount
paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, and marketing materials are the property of
Johnson Premier Construction LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written
permission.
12. Website Use
Users agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere
with functionality, or submit false information.
13. Privacy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into
these Terms and Conditions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes
shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Illinois.

time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
